Key Responsibility

This is a full-time on-site role as an
Telesales
Team Leader at FPT Long Chau Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Telesales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing the online sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, fostering communication and driving sales performance.

Job Description

  • Manage the online consultation team
  • Ensure that all promotional programs and information are effectively communicated to all staff
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members during their work, including system operations and knowledge training
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing work shifts for team members
  • Monitor and ensure that team members meet KPIs and maintain high-quality consultation services through online channels
  • Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Able to work on a rotating shift schedule

Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or medical services industry
  • Specialists with a background in managing small teams are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in Ecom operations, customer service, or online consulting is a plus
  • Able to analyze situations and manage a team effectively
  • Responsible, with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and support team members
  • Communication, problem solving and customer service skills
