Job responsibilities

Sales Manager

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and business growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff

Sales Engineer / Sales Specialist

  • Conduct sales activities for laser machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in industrial, jewelry, dental, and education sectors
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable technical and product solutions
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Follow up with customers and support after-sales activities
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in machinery, industrial, or high-tech products
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience (for Sales Manager)
  • Background in laser machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, or 3D software is an advantage
  • Basic English communication and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Able to work full-time and travel for business when required
