The Must-Haves

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Business Development.

  • Position: Commercial FMCG Project Associate
  • Objective: Help maintain flawless operations with FMCG partners and develop a revenue stream.
  • We are looking for someone with a start-up mindset who can operate independently, proactively, and with urgency.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  1. Project Management (70%)

  2. Create strategies, frameworks, processes, and tools to improve performance and ensure knowledge continuity for better partner service.

  3. Engage in planning & execution for all Marketing Solution projects.
  4. Deliver flawless execution of strategies, including merchant promo planning & setup, media asset rollout, and route-to-market logistics.
  5. Monitor and analyze business performance to provide prompt and accurate optimization.
  6. Act as the point of contact between multiple internal stakeholders (Food, Mart, Ads, Marketing, Transport, Content, Legal, etc.), ensuring consistent quality and performance.

  7. Address issues promptly via email, phone, or in person.

  8. Account Management (30%)

  9. Engage with FMCG partners and build strong business relationships, maintaining close communication.

  10. Co-develop marketing campaigns and initiatives with FMCG partners, agencies, and merchants to create win-win value models.
  11. Drive growth and ROI by using data-driven approaches: estimate ROI, analyze KPIs, and optimize for long-term success.
