Responsibilities:

Develop interior concept designs and design direction for residential, commercial, F&B, and office projects.

Collaborate closely with architects and internal teams to finalize design proposals and present ideas to clients.

Prepare detailed technical drawings (2D, 3D), construction documents, material selection, color palettes, and interior details.

Conduct site surveys, analyze requirements, and propose appropriate design solutions.

Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure that the design is implemented according to specifications and timelines.

Participate in design supervision during project execution when required.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Design Manager.

Requirements:

Educational background


Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experiences

At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design.

Proven track record in concept development and execution of interior projects.

Solid knowledge of Vietnamese construction standards and building codes.

Skills required

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max (or equivalent 3D modeling software).

Experience with Photoshop, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Lumion is a strong plus.

Ability to produce creative design concepts and detailed construction documents.

Strong presentation and communication skills, both internally and with clients/partners.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

English communication is required; fluency is a plus.
