Job Description:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's production goals and growth plans.
- Partner closely with department heads (Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, Maintenance) to understand their specific technical requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Forecast talent needs for both hourly/production roles and salaried/technical positions.
2.End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition and sourcing to offer, onboarding, and initial retention.
- Utilize a multi-channel sourcing strategy, including job boards, social media , industry-specific networks, technical schools, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles .
3. Candidate Experience & Selection:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective screening techniques to assess technical skills, practical knowledge, and cultural fit for a manufacturing environment.
4. Employer Branding & Industry Presence:
- Act as a brand ambassador for NDP in the job market.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and marketing materials that highlight our company culture and value proposition.
- Represent the company at career fairs, technical institutes, and industry events to build a strong talent network.
5. Data-Driven Improvement & Compliance:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the textile manufacturing sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience in textiles/fabric manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet the high-volume hiring demands of a manufacturing plant.
- Fluent in English , with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
