Human Resources Manager Responsibilities
- Creates phased organizational charts with CEO and other senior management to bring in manpower only as required.
- Completes Human Resource Policies and Procedures, distributes to all employees and receives sign-off from each employee. Policies and Procedures must be followed and enforced by Managers and Human Resources or disciplinary action will be executed followed by termination if issue continues.
- KPI’s will be generated with each employee and evaluated on a timely basis to ensure KPI’s are being met or if because of a change in business direction the KPI’s must be adjusted.
- Creates transition plan, coaching and training so start-up time is as short as possible.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains human resource staff as needed by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- 5-10+ years relevant experience
- Leadership skills essential. The ability to inspire, drive and be firm with select staff as necessary.
- Proven working experience as HR manager or another HR executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to craft long term manpower strategy
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
