- Department: Human Resources- Location: Vietnam- Responsible for effective delivery of end-to-end Compensation and Benefits activities in Vietnam
- Act as a day-to-day compensation and benefits interface for the assigned business including C-level, people team members, head of divisions, line managers in assigned areas(s)
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, legal, HRSC, payroll and Sales Operations on various Total Remuneration processes to identify and lead new initiatives
- Implement Total C&B processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
- Monitor C&B programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
- Manage year-end increment & bonus schemes, including computation of increments and bonuses for staff

**Job Requirements**
- ꔷ Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field.
ꔷ Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointꔷ More than 5 years of experience in C&B management, with a preference for experience working in Vietnam or similar markets.
ꔷ In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and a strong understanding of C&B market trends and best practices.
ꔷ Adaptable and self-starter who is able to work with a high degree of autonomy
ꔷ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
ꔷ Problem-solving ability to analyze and resolve C&B-related issues independently.
ꔷ Strong project management skills to drive the execution and implementation of complex initiatives.
ꔷ Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
