Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a QS and Contract Administrator located in Ha Noi, Vietnam. The role involves managing contracts, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Key responsibilities also include contract negotiation, analysis of project requirements, and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

You will have a chance to work with a professional team for a FDI project which will enhance your skills and experience in FIDIC Contract, project implementation and English language communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Analytical Skills for evaluating data and managing budgets effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams
  • Competent Knowledge of Procurement and supervising project material acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics, Civil Construction, or a related field
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with local and international construction regulations is an advantage
