LIKELION Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic
C&B Officer
to support our
B2G Project.

  • Working type
    : On-site, Full-time (Short-term contract)
  • Working hours
    : Monday to Friday (08:30 ~ 17:30)
  • Location
    : District 7

Position Objective:

Manage all compensation and benefits operations for a small team, ensuring accurate payroll, contracts, social insurance, and employee benefits, while maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compensation:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, bonuses, and allowances accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

Contracts & Social Insurance:

  • Draft, execute, and renew labor contracts.
  • Handle social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions and reporting.

Employee Benefits & Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits, including leave, reimbursements, and other entitlements.
  • Support employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and personel files.
  • Prepare relevant reports as required by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compensation & benefits.
  • Knowledge of labor law, payroll, contracts, and social insurance regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS software.
