Job Purpose

  • Build up, complete & regularly update the capabilities of the [Analytic Translator] position on new AI-related technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning models... as well as processes and forms to help the department increase productivity.

  • Improve the application of advanced technological capabilities based on AI solutions to the Bank's business problems.

  • Participate in the process of Ideation, Prototyping, Deployment, and Evaluation of Data products based on the power of the Data technology platform combined with AI

Key Accountabilities (1)

A. Strategic Planning, Research & Analysis

  • Apply AI solutions, techniques to improve the Data Requirements Analysis Process from receiving Business Requirements to completing Data Engineering Requirements.
  • Lead the flexible application of AI capabilities to deploy Data Product ideas that bring value to the Bank, in addition to contributing ideas on data products serving the Bank.
  • Always update changes in Data, Artificial Intelligence & Cloud technology, changing trends, and analyze internal data sets to provide overall information to stakeholders.

B. Stakeholders collaboration & management

  • Effectively coordinate the Human Resources of members in related workstreams, Products, and Projects.
  • Closely coordinate with specialized departments such as PO, AAI, Architect... to evaluate, determine the scope and roadmap for deploying Data Products by combining the capabilities of AI models, Machine Learning... with the power of Techcombank's data platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the process of improving the quality of Data products based on the superior capabilities of AI

C. People Management & Talent Development

  • Building up the functional competency framework and applying it in the department

  • Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of function/sub-function

  • Attract, onboard, and retain the right talent for a high-performing team

  • Establish & communicate KRAs/KPIs of the function and individuals clearly

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or business administration

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial institutions and 2 years in a management position

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), especially for AWS and/or DataBrick

  • 2+ year's experience developing & deploying AI solutions, products

  • Proficient in querying, visualizing data using SQL, Python by using data programming tools and data visualization techniques

  • Experience in identifying potential problems and risks by conducting gap analysis, understanding, and reviewing criteria

  • Experience in Agile Product Development and a good understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as Scrum methodologies

Foreign language

  • English Level 3 (TOEIC 650) / or according to TCB's regulations in each period
