Position Overview

We are looking for a
Business Analyst & Project Manager (BA/PM)
who can take ownership of both
business analysis
and
project management
responsibilities.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working between
technology and business
, ensuring projects are well-analyzed, well-planned, and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to
    analyze business needs
    , gather requirements, and translate them into clear
    BRD/SRS documents
    and
    wireframes
    .
  • Design workflows, system specifications, and data structures
    in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Manage and track
    project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
    using
    Jira
    (or similar tools).
  • Facilitate communication between
    business teams, developers, and QA
    to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and ensure product quality before deployment.
  • Prepare and deliver
    project status reports
    and documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Communicate effectively in
    English
    (verbal and written) with international clients and partners.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in
    Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Ownership
    (preferably in software or SaaS environments).
  • Strong understanding of
    software development life cycle (SDLC)
    ,
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    , and requirement analysis.
  • Proficiency in
    writing BRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, flowcharts
    , and creating basic mockups or wireframes.
  • Ability to
    manage tasks and workflows on Jira
    , Trello, or similar PM tools.
  • Solid communication and coordination skills to work effectively with technical teams and clients.
  • Good
    English communication
    (both spoken and written).
  • Logical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask across projects.

  • Experience in
    AI, automation, or SaaS products

  • Understanding of
    UI/UX design principles
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SQL, Postman, or API testing
    concepts.
