Vai trò chính

  • Đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số thông qua quản lý pipeline chủ động và chuyển đổi cơ hội từ khách hàng mới & hiện tại.
  • Phối hợp với Area Sales Manager xác định, ưu tiên và quản lý các tài khoản quan trọng.
  • Thực hiện bán hàng theo phương pháp tư vấn: hiểu rõ nhu cầu khách hàng, đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp, kết nối với chuyên gia nội bộ khi cần.
  • Phát triển kinh doanh mới: tìm kiếm lead từ sự kiện ngành, chiến dịch marketing, thông tin thị trường; chuyển đổi thành hợp tác lâu dài.
  • Quản lý mối quan hệ khách hàng: tiếp cận khách hàng mới, duy trì và mở rộng khách hàng hiện có, tái kích hoạt tài khoản chưa hoạt động.
  • Tận dụng và thúc đẩy bán thêm (upsell) toàn bộ dịch vụ của công ty.
  • Quản trị hoạt động bán hàng: chuẩn bị báo giá, theo dõi kịp thời, dẫn dắt đàm phán cuối cùng phù hợp với yêu cầu kinh doanh & tài chính.
  • Cung cấp thông tin thị trường: theo dõi đối thủ cạnh tranh, xác định cơ hội tăng trưởng, hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch bán hàng hàng năm.
  • Hỗ trợ thu hồi công nợ cho các tài khoản phụ trách và phối hợp xử lý các yêu cầu từ bộ phận khác.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan, hoặc có kinh nghiệm tương đương.
  • Có từ 3 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng tư vấn (consultative sales), ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm trong ngành TIC hoặc các ngành liên quan như dược, thiết bị liên quan ngành dược có tệp khách hàng liên quan
  • Kinh nghiệm bán giải pháp (solution-based selling) với kết quả kinh doanh đo lường được
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và quan hệ tốt.
  • Tư duy kinh doanh mạnh mẽ, kết quả định hướng (result-oriented).
  • Khả năng quản lý đa nhiệm, làm việc độc lập và tuân thủ thời hạn.
  • Hiểu biết kỹ thuật liên quan đến ngành TIC.
  • Thành thạo MS Office và hệ thống CRM (ví dụ: ).
  • Tiếng Anh tốt – nghe, nói, viết.
