Our client is a highly established global transportation and logistics provider with more than
130 years of industry experience
. They specialize in integrated shipping solutions connecting
North America with the Russian Far East
, supported by a team of seasoned trade experts fluent in both
English and Russian
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
    international and domestic freight forwarding
    (sea, air, trucking).
  • Maintain, strengthen, and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
  • Prepare
    quotations, contracts, and pricing proposals
    in line with company policy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates
    ; provide timely insights to management.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly
    sales KPIs
    and submit regular performance reports.
  • Support the development of new trade lanes and logistics solutions with overseas partners.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Logistics, International Business
    , or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in freight forwarding sales with a strong track record.
  • Established customer base in
    sea, air, and inland forwarding services
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Vietnamese and English
    (written & spoken).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
