Với vai trò
Ecommerce Merchandise
, bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch thương mại, tối ưu hiệu quả marketing trên các sàn thương mại điện tử, đồng thời phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhiều phòng ban để đảm bảo chiến dịch đạt hiệu quả cao nhất. Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc với KOL, KOC và có khả năng phối hợp cùng team thiết kế để xử lý các sản phẩm sáng tạo.

Công việc chính:

Lập kế hoạch & triển khai

  • Phối hợp với CBVN & eMedia để triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh tháng tiếp theo.
  • Quản lý chỉ tiêu Traffic/NMV, kế hoạch Trade (giá, khuyến mãi, danh mục sản phẩm trọng điểm).
  • Triển khai các hoạt động marketing (dịch vụ eMedia, gói Banner, Facebook CPAS, CRM…).

Tối ưu từ khóa & Paid Ads (Shopee, Lazada)

  • Tăng traffic, thúc đẩy doanh số và tối ưu hiệu quả quảng cáo.
  • Theo dõi hiệu suất từ khóa và chỉ số ROI.
  • Đảm bảo tỷ lệ tăng trưởng doanh thu đến từ Paid Ads.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Tìm kiếm và hợp tác với Affiliate để gia tăng doanh số.
  • Quản lý MCN Livestream: đăng ký form, set up & follow up.
  • Khai thác affiliate tiềm năng trên/ngoài sàn và triển khai Livestream/Video.

Livestream & Messaging (TikTok x Zalo)

  • Triển khai hoạt động Livestream & Tin nhắn nhanh trên các kênh mới (sẽ cập nhật).

Merchandising

  • Lên layout & brief cho thiết kế dựa trên kế hoạch thương mại, hoạt động marketing & key visual.
  • Quản lý các campaign, Brand Day, Media Asset (Facebook CPAS, CRM, social post…).

Điều phối & Quản lý dự án

  • Làm việc với kế toán để đảm bảo hợp đồng, thanh toán, nạp tiền cho các hoạt động marketing qua GAIA.
  • Chủ động quản lý các dự án: UGC, kênh Unbranded, Livestream,...

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Thương mại điện tử, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan.

  • Tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thương mại điện tử.

  • Hiểu biết về Paid Ads, Affiliate, SEO từ khóa và các công cụ đo lường hiệu quả.

  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý dự án và phối hợp liên phòng ban tốt.

  • Chủ động, sáng tạo, chịu được áp lực cao.
