Galaxy Holdings is a dynamic technology group with a growing portfolio of member companies operating across key sectors such as fintech, loyalty platforms, digital services, IT solutions, and consumer technology. As we continue to scale our businesses and explore new opportunities across Vietnam and the region, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial function through the next stage of growth.

The Finance Director will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of financial management across the Group. This role plays a critical part in driving corporate finance activities including fundraising, M&A, financial strategy, and risk management, while ensuring operational excellence, financial compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group’s business and investment objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage capital structure and funding strategies; drive fundraising efforts including equity, debt, and strategic investments.
- Lead M&A activities: financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to ensure optimal capital utilization.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements.
- Establish and enhance internal financial controls, ERP systems, and processes to support Group scalability.
- Advise the CEO, Board, and leadership team on growth strategies, financial risks, and investment opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across the Group and its subsidiaries.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a senior role (Finance Director, CFO, VP Finance).
- Proven track record in M&A execution and fundraising (VC/PE, strategic investors, debt financing).
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, business planning, and financial operations in multi-entity environments.
- Experience working in technology-driven sectors, investment-backed companies, or fast-scaling businesses.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
