1. Accounting Operations
- Review and process payment requests from all departments, ensuring accurate allocation to the appropriate GL accounts.
- Verify and approve employee expense reports within the company’s system, initiate payments, and follow up on outstanding submissions.
- Ensure invoices are properly recorded, reconciled, and compliant with Accounting Standards.
- Postings of all transactions and reconciliations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC 365).

2. Treasury & Cash Management
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including aging schedules, bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable reconciliations.
- Monitor bank balances, manage liquidity, and execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions for currency purchases and sales.
- Develop and update annual, monthly, and weekly cash flow forecasts, incorporating vendor disbursements and customer collections to ensure adequate liquidity.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support effective financial planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts, highlighting key drivers and recommending corrective measures.

4. Management Support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Support the Accounting Executive/Director in preparing and presenting financial reports, analyses, and dashboards for the Board of Directors, enabling informed decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Banking, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, or similar functions.
- Proven ability in financial planning, analysis, and treasury management.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Good communication and feedback on time.
- Always meet deadline of finance work with high accuracy.
- Can-do attitude, excellent time management skill.
- High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc...
- Have good sense of compliance, as well as honest, responsible quality.
