"Financial Crimes (FC) section is in charge of overseeing Internal Fraud, External Fraud and Anti Bribery & Corruption Risk of the Company. This embraces many areas such as developing an effective control environment, reviewing internal and external events, developing and monitoring internal management information and escalations for early warning signals etc, and working with the business to minimize financial crimes risk." Job Purpose _/_ Mục tiêu vị trí_ To support Department to provide assurance to PVA on the compliance of ABC and COI with Group’s policies, Standards and local regulations. Support Line manager to build and maintain the solid framework on ABC & COI for PVA. Support Line manager to execute Compliance activities in terms of awareness raising, training, project lead and testing In charge of monitoring to ensure Compliance oversight effectively on ABC & COI controls to detect and prevent risks for PVA. This embraces many areas such as develop effective controls, reviewing/monitoring on implementation of internal policies/controls/processes, reporting and escalations for early warning signals etc, and working with the business for ABC & COI risk mitigation. - (Vị trí này giúp Bộ phận triển khai các hoạt động đ_ể đảm bảo _việc tuân thủ _c_ủa_ PVA đối với _các Chính sách/Bộ tiêu chuẩn về _ABC_ và COI_ của Tập đoàn và các quy định của chính quyền địa phương._ Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận Cấp cao để xây dựng và duy trì bộ khung chắc chắn về việc tuân thủ các quy định ABC & COI cho PVA._ - Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận cáp cao thực thi các hoạt động liên quan đến việc xây dựng, nâng cao kiến thức tuân thủ, huấn luyện, các dự án và thử nghiệm _ - Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát hiệu quả hoạt động của các biện pháp kiểm soát các rủi ro liên quan hối lộ, tham nhũng và Xung đột lợi ích của các bộ phận trong Công ty. Việc này bao gồm phát triển các biện pháp kiểm soát hiệu quả, kiểm tra/giám sát việc tuân thủ các chính sách/ các phương thức kiểm soát/ quy trình nội bộ, báo cáo và đưa ra các cảnh báo sớm, v.v. và làm việc chặt chẽ với Phòng/ban để giảm thiểu rủi ro ABC & COI)_ Job Responsibilities _/ Phạm vi công việc_ Scope 1- ABC Governance _(Quản trị ABC)_ - Support Line manager to ensure PVA ABC standards and guidelines are maintained and continuously updated in line with Group requirements and local regulations. - Support Line manager to take lead on maintaining and enhance systems for ABC transactions (i.e. ABC system) to be in line with requirements and facilitate operations of business functions of PVA. - (- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận Cấp cao để d_uy trì và liên tục _cập nhật_ các tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn của PVA ABC phù hợp với các yêu cầu của _Tập đoàn_ và các quy định của địa phương._ - _Hộ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận trong việc dẫn dắt d_uy trì và _cải tiến _hệ thống _phục vụ _cho các giao dịch _liên quan _ABC (_như_ hệ thống _ABC) phục vụ cho h_oạt động _hàng ngày _của các _phòng ban _chức năng_)_ Scope 2- Training & Building Compliance culture _(Huấn luyện và xây dựng văn hóa tuân thủ)_ - Conduct and monitor the ABC training program of PVA including induction training, annual refresher and training for high-risk staff, agents are in line with Group policy/Standards and PVA Compliance plan. - (Triển khai và g_iám sát chương trình đào tạo ABC của PVA bao gồm đào tạo _cho nhân viên mới_, _chương trình tái huấn luyện_ hàng năm _cho nhân viên, đại lý _và đào tạo cho nhân viên_ _có nguy cơ cao_, Chương trình huấn luyện cho _đại lý phù hợp với _chính sách/ Bô _tiêu chuẩn của _Tập đoàn và đúng với kế hoạch của Bộ phận)_ Scope 3 - Monitor/Review and Advisory _(Giám sát/Xem xét và hướng dẫn)_:_ - ABC Risk and control assessment - Perform annual ABC risk assessments (as leading by Line Manager) and implement remediation actions (if any). - Support ABC Compliance team to continuously review and enhance controls to mitigate ABC Risks - Review and provide guidance to business functions on G&H, CSR/Sponsorships and other ABC related matters. - Monitor the GO budget and assist Line manager in delivering the budget KPIs to business. Perform Partner/vendor Due diligence and Risk assessment. Ensure Compliance oversight over ABC related matters effectively, included but not limited to provide consultation, reviewing and monitoring related risks and consequence actions. - Conduct ABC monitoring program according to Group Program, including GHM transaction monitoring, periodically review G&H transactions and reconcile with accounting general ledger to identify non-compliance case
