**JOB PURPOSE**

We are looking for an Account Director to serve as a strategic partner in driving business growth. You will develop and strengthen client relationships, ensuring that our integrated marketing solutions align with business objectives and brand positioning. By leading IMC campaigns, you will leverage sharp strategies, data-driven insights, and multi-channel expertise to maximize client success.

You will lead and identify growth opportunities, build long-term relationships, and forge strategic partnerships to expand the business. Additionally, you will lead and develop the Account team, enabling them to deliver innovative and effective solutions that enhance client brands and strengthen Golden's market position.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Account Management & Business Development**
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Oversee the strategic direction and seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, financial efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct and facilitate cross-functional synergy among internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, PR, Production) to optimize execution, ensure strategic alignment, and drive impactful outcomes.
- Develop and present IMC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Continuously refine project workflows and efficiency strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction through strategic consultation and results-driven execution.
- Oversee contract management, budget allocation, and **revenue forecasting.**:

- **Drive Business Growth** through new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and portfolio expansion. Optimize market positioning, profitability, and financial performance**.**

**2. Strategic & Creative Leadership**
- Develop integrated marketing strategies (IMC) aligned with market trends.
- Ensure an effective combination of creativity and data-driven insights in campaigns.
- Guide the execution of marketing, digital, PR, media, and experiential campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging consistency across platforms.

**3. Team Leadership & People Development**
- Recruit, train, and mentor Account Managers and Executives.
- Foster a collaborative, proactive, and high-performance team culture.
- Provide clear career development paths and coaching for team members.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and inspiring work environment.

**4. Performance Tracking & Process Optimization**
- Implement effective management models to enhance team productivity.
- Optimize internal processes to improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate team KPIs, providing guidance for continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring seamless project delivery.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Experience & Skills**
- **Minimum 7 years of experience** in Communications, Marketing or IMC, with **at least 3 years in a managerial role (Senior Account Manager / Account Director).**:

- Proven track record in executing **multi-channel IMC campaigns (PR, influencer marketing, etc.).**:

- Strong **strategic thinking** and ability to develop **marketing and communication plans.**:

- Expertise in **project management, client service, and business development.**:

- Excellent **negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.**:

- Ability to **lead, train, and inspire teams** towards high performance.
- Deep understanding of **market trends, consumer behavior, and digital transformation.**:

- Proficiency in **English and Vietnamese** is a plus.
