**Job Information**: Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Account Director to join us It’s a challenging role requiring a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants and priorities, and the agency’s bottom line. They play a crucial role in team management, client retention as well as potentially bringing in new business as part of an existing client referral process.

**Key duties will be**:
**Vision & Strategy**:
- In collaboration with the Managing director/CSO group, the Account director is responsible to provide strategic vision to support the growth of Drcom Vietnam. This includes helping to understand markets (and clients) needs, and having a sharp understanding of digital omnichannel ecosystem7 marketing campaigns.
**Customer Leadership**:
- Role includes Business development with both Farming and retaining on existing customers and Business development of new customers.
- Manage and create long-term partnership with Drcom strategic accounts to develop business and support company’s growth. The Account Director is responsible for accounts growth and quality of all projects delivered.
- Understand customer’s strategies & requirements. This includes being able to provide clients with strategic recommendations and budget, and support in coordination with Drcom Strategic Planner.
- Daily servicing and support of key customers including meeting clients to discuss their needs having researched their business and requirements, prepare and present campaign ideas and budget. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellence.
**Team management**:
- Lead the team of Account managers and executives. This includes daily management and mentoring for the team to growth, yearly appraisal.
**Coordination with Drcom Innovation hub**:
- Work closely with other departments (Thinkers, Creators, Makers) within the organization to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project and ensure smooth deliveries.
**Budget & performance**:
- Managing forecast/CRM to report and forecast all opportunities - Account Director is also responsible for to manage projects budget/PO.
- Invoicing is a key performance indicator to be monitor every week.
- Ensuring healthy topline in line with the Budget objective as defined by the Board.
**Others**:
- Work with strong autonomy, proactivity and under pressure, reporting to the Managing Director, providing regular input on all account activities
- Comply with Odoo, our CRM, (such as timesheet) and company regulation
- With a regional scope, Director may need to travel in China, PH, SEA or ANZ to support regional account.
**Job Requirements**:
**General**:
- Understanding of marketing objectives and strategies - including digital, omnichannel etc of the healthcare & life science industry
- Previous experience in similar capacity (or Senior Account manager) in creative agency mandatory
- Minimum Years of experience: 6-8 years
- Strong BD skills with proven track record
**Required skills**:
- Understanding of marketing objectives and strategies - including digital, omnichannel etc of the healthcare & life science industry
- Good understanding of client’s business and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Passion for science and healthcare related topics
- Hand-on person with the ability to work in a start-up like mindset
- Has to be collaborative
