Stablecoin Partnership and Growth Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Stablecoin related project screening, business due diligence, and proposal of stablecoin projects for exchange listing. Responsible for handling deal terms and completing the listing process.
- Coordinate with exchange teams (Treasury, Clearing, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure project support and resource allocation. Manage activity planning and budget for promotions and campaigns.
- Understand the day-to-day operations of the Stablecoin issuers. Monitor Stablecoin issuers' operations, including reserve management and minting/burning processes. Gather community feedback, guide improvements, and mitigate risks like de-pegging, bankruptcy, etc to protect exchange users.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align stablecoin services (products, APIs, infrastructure) with market needs. Drive innovation and product upgrades, including the integration of new payment networks and strategic partnerships.
- Stay updated on global regulatory requirements and work with regulators to ensure the stablecoin project complies with local laws and regulations. Ensure that exchange listings, promotions/campaigns align with jurisdictional regulatory policies.
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the blockchain industry, regardless of specific job background or educational qualifications.
- Experience in managing and coordinating large projects (e.g., Payments, Banking rails, institutional integrations, Marketing campaigns), with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, compliance, etc.) and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, accountability, and responsibility. Committed to long-term success, with a focus on contributing to the role for at least two years, rather than job-hopping for titles.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
