JOB OBJECTIVE

Marcom & Partnership Senior staff will be responsible, alongside the Marcom Manager, for co-developing and co-executing BCNV’s marketing and communications strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and support for our mission. This role will co-lead all communications efforts, from digital marketing to media relations, events, and partnerships, ensuring our messaging aligns with our values and mission. In addition, this role supports the Partnership and Fundraising Manager in managing Partnership relationships, proposals, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Co-lead Marcom Strategy Development and Planning:
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote BCNV’s mission and programs.

b. Create annual marketing and communications plans that support organizational goals and outreach objectives.

c. Oversee brand management, ensuring that BCNV’s voice, image, and values are consistently represented.

2. In charge of Social Media Marketing
- Operation communication plans and activities for the Breast Cancer Network Vietnam's short—and long-term projects through social media platforms.
- Coordinate with Marcom team members to execute social media communication products based on the established plan, implementing online

3. Support Partnership & Fundraising Manager in Fundraising & Donor

Engagement:

- Develop strategic partnerships & new projects.
- Be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners to enhance fund growth, activities offerings, and customer satisfaction through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Plan development strategies to expand networks with new partners.
- Achieve revenue targets from existing and new Partnership channels;
- Create and update general and specific presentation materials about

BCNV’s offering to partners;
- Proactively initiate and coordinate with partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, identifying and meeting business opportunities.
- Deal with all partners to ensure the best financial scheme and increase the brand coverage.
- Negotiate, execute and monitor Partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered by both BCNV and partners.
- Write proposals for partners, implement according to the supervisor’s direction.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, event management, finance, media, sales, or business development, preferably in the nonprofit or health sector.**Skills**:

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience in content creation, public relations, and event planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse groups.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
