We’re looking for a **Lead Growth Engineer** — a builder and strategic thinker who knows how to leverage the latest tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and product. You are part marketer, part engineer, and full-on builder.

In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of our growth engineering initiatives. You’ll design and run experiments that directly impact customer acquisition, revenue, retention, and brand growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams — and you’ll own the tooling and systems that power scalable growth.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role — perfect for a growth-minded engineer or technical marketer who thrives on driving measurable business results and scaling what works.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own and lead the Growth Engineering strategy and roadmap, aligned with company revenue and retention goals.
- Ensure the company is well-positioned for generative engine optimization in AI platforms and models (GEO) and ranks highly in traditional search engine optimization (SEO).
- Position the company as top of mind in the field by formulating compelling and creative branding initiatives that stand out.
- Develop high-converting landing pages, interactive demos/tools, and viral product features that drive scalable growth.
- Leverage AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, n8n, etc.) and marketing/automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) to scale and personalize growth initiatives.
- Design, build, and optimize growth experiments across the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition through retention and expansion.
- Build automated growth workflows to improve prospecting, lead nurturing, conversion, and retention.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation culture across growth and product teams.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and funnel data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product leadership to align growth efforts with broader go-to-market strategy.
- Report on growth KPIs and experiment impact to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and collaborate with other team members; help establish growth engineering best practices and experimentation frameworks.

**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, Growth Marketing, or Growth Sales roles, ideally in B2B Enterprise SAAS.
- You have excellent English communication (equivalent IELTS 6.5+) and project management skills.
- You have a proven track record of designing and scaling growth initiatives in B2B SAAS companies that drove acquisition, revenue, and retention.
- You possess strong ownership skills — able to own and drive cross-functional growth projects end-to-end.
- You have a deep understanding of B2B software sales and marketing funnels, lead generation, and product-led growth.
- You are proficient with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and data/analytics stacks.
- You’ve built systems, flows, and products with these tools before.
- You're comfortable with basic design skills and can create visually appealing assets without always needing a designer
- You're results-oriented and motivated by seeing your work directly impact business metrics
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment and enjoy owning entire growth initiatives
- You have experience building and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
- You possess excellent copywriting and messaging skills that effectively capture the attention of your target ICPs.
- Builder’s mindset — comfortable with low-code / no-code, light scripting, or front-end tools to prototype and ship fast.

**Nice to Have**
- Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth B2B SAAS startups.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise GTM motions.
- Leadership experience — mentoring other engineers or cross-functional collaborators.
- Experience setting up growth analytics frameworks and dashboards.
