1.Searching for and surveying potentialFranchisees
- Search for, maintain, and develop a network of potential customers and partners interested in franchising and brand collaboration.
- Survey and assess the business capabilities of potential franchise partners.
- Gather and analyze information to support the management in making franchise partner selection decisions.
- Evaluate registered franchise business locations and assess their suitability based on company requirements.

2. Partner engagement and relationship maintenance
- Assist potential partners in understanding franchise information.
- Develop and implement periodic care plans for existing and potential customers.
- Address partner issues and feedback to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Lead efforts in establishing mandatory brand image and quality control standards for partners.
- Plan and conduct regular inspections and support for partners to ensure compliance with brand standards and brand identity systems during their operations.

3. Franchise documentationmanagement
- Draft franchise contracts and act as the primary liaison for contract negotiations between the company and partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collaborate with partners in contract implementation.
- Manage franchise-related documents and records to ensure compliance with legal regulations and facilitate monitoring and reporting to management on a periodic or ad-hoc basis.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
