PURPOSE/MISSION:

To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth for Key Account in VIetnam, while aligning with adidas brand image & strategy and ensuring target achievement

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

(To be performed in alignment with global and regional guidelines)

  1. FUNCTIONAL:

  2. To establish strong relationship with franchise customer's decision makers to increase sales opportunities and brand presence.

  3. To work with key decision makers to explore new store opportunities in Vietnam.
  4. To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices the Franchise Sales business.
  5. Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans to achieve set annual net sales target.
  6. Ensure proper representation and in-store execution
  7. To pursue additional business opportunities and apply a strategic mid-long term approach
  8. Manage all interfaces:

  9. By frequently address the requirements across functions

  10. By proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts

  11. To develop the franchise account strategies:

  12. To ensure quarterly updates of strategic franchise account initiatives

  13. To present strategic initiatives for local management team
  14. To establish regular franchise visit schedule

  15. To sell-in and agree on sell-through support

  16. Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions

  17. By proactively facilitate meeting/business reviews with designated operations team and Customer Service
  18. To conduct and share sell through information from account

  19. PEOPLE:

  21. To set objectives, targets, guidelines, coach, and build stronger, the team's capabilities.
  22. To develop both functional and interpersonal skill of direct report to maximize their individual potential.
  23. To build close collaboration between teams and all other interfaces. Ensure cross functional alignment

  25. To measure progress on franchisee's KPIs

  26. To monitor and report the market trends and competitors in the area
  27. To provide realistic business plans and forecasts that is aligned with the company's longer range plan.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional: Preferably 3 years in Sales or Franchise Management
  • Industry: Apparel/ fashion Retail or FMCG
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills
  • Exposure: Sports, marketing, account management

EDUCATION

  • University degree in Business with Marketing and Sales focus
