**THIENTU BPO & HR is hiring a dynamic and strategic HR & Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team**

This role is ideal for a **passionate HR leader** who thrives on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and optimizing HR processes. As an **HR & Recruitment Manager**, you will be responsible for **managing and developing the Talent Acquisition team**, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your expertise in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent will drive the success of our HR services and contribute to business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition & Team Management (35%)**:

- Lead, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

**HR Operations & Compliance (20%)**:

- Maintain and oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Liaise with government authorities on HR compliance and audits.

**Compensation & Benefits (15%)**:

- Oversee salary structures and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits, including social insurance, health insurance, and performance-based rewards.
- Work with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.

**HR Policy Development & Implementation (10%)**:

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and company regulations.
- Ensure best HR practices and labor law compliance across all departments.
- Monitor and improve workplace ethics and compliance programs.

**Employee Engagement & Training (10%)**:

- Promote a positive company culture and increase employee engagement.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions.

**Workforce Planning & HR Projects (5%)**:

- Assist in succession planning and workforce restructuring.
- Lead HR transformation projects and process improvements.

**Reporting & Advisory (5%)**:

- Generate HR reports and workforce analytics for leadership.
- Provide strategic HR advice to the Board of Directors.

**Other Tasks**:

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum three years of experience in an HR leadership or managerial role.
- Preferred experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Strong experience in managing and mentoring a Talent Acquisition team.
- Expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance, and HR regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work with internal teams and external agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
