Investor & Public Relations Manager

**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities

External Communications Coordination
- Partner with external PR firms to create materials for capital markets engagement (e.g., press releases, investor presentations, media kits) that highlight:

- AI Avatar’s core technology
- Revenue-sharing structures (e.g., 40% gross revenue share with Bluebelt Co., Ltd., capped at USD 2M/month)
- Infrastructure advantages (e.g., Greennode platform)

Investor Messaging Development
- Develop a compelling investment narrative for institutional presentations, focusing on growth potential in AI avatar monetization, subscription models, and celebrity partnerships (e.g., GACKT's USD 700,000 ETH payment)
- Prepare FAQs and talking points for investor and media engagements

Regulatory Review & Compliance
- Ensure all public materials comply with applicable regulations (e.g., SEC Regulation FD, Form S-1 guidance), including clear disclosures of:

- Related-party transactions (e.g., Bluebelt, GTJ Holdings)
- Key risks (e.g., cryptocurrency fluctuations, JPY exposure)

Strategic Filing & Disclosure Support
- Support senior leadership in preparing corporate discussion materials (e.g., MD&A section of financial disclosures), emphasizing financial trends, market opportunities, and operational improvements (e.g., Greennode’s USD 600,000 cost savings)

Stakeholder & Analyst Engagement
- Define and monitor KPIs relevant to capital market participants (e.g., revenue per avatar, CAC)
- Coordinate investor meetings, analyst briefings, and strategic communications with banking and PR partners (e.g., ThinkEquity)

Brand Messaging & Digital Communication Strategy
- Align social and digital campaigns (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube) with corporate communication efforts, reinforcing AI Avatar’s global presence and innovation in the AI avatar space

Financial Risk Assessment
- Analyze and communicate financial risks associated with digital assets (e.g., ETH payments) and currency volatility (e.g., JPY)
- Propose communication strategies to address investor concerns

Long-term Investor Relations Planning
- Develop a robust investor communications framework including regular updates, financial briefings, and analyst relations to support post-transition transparency and market confidence

**Qualifications**

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, or Investor Relations Charter (IRC) is highly desirable

Experience
- Minimum 5 years in investor relations, corporate communications, or finance
- At least 2 years in a technology or growth-stage company with capital markets exposure
- Familiarity with U.S. securities regulations or public company standards is a plus

Core Skills & Knowledge
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP or IFRS, and understanding of disclosure practices
- Strong grasp of financial communication in tech-driven businesses, including crypto-related transactions
- Awareness of SEC guidelines and financial reporting practices; familiarity with Singapore and Japan’s regulatory environments is an advantage
- Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills for investor and media audiences
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with internal and external partners
- Industry knowledge in AI, digital platforms, or mobile app ecosystems
- Cross-border communication skills, especially across Singapore, Japan, and the U.S.; proficiency in Japanese is a plus

Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital assets and financial risk communication (e.g., Ethereum volatility)
- Proficiency with IR platforms (e.g., IR Insight) and Excel modeling
- Experience coordinating with investment banks or PR agencies in strategic finance contexts
- Understanding of local labor regulations and corporate compliance in Singapore

**Remuneration Package**
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (5 days per week); Breaking time: 12:00-13:00
