**Mô tả công việc**:
**PR Event Development**
- Develop creative concepts and detailed execution plans for PR and Marketing events such as CSR programs, press events, seminars
- Coordinate logistics, set-up, and on-site management to ensure smooth event execution.
- Work closely with vendors for production, Audio visual, design, and merchandise.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

**On-Site PR activities**
- Plan and run all events by coordinating with media, vendor during events (check-in, briefing, facilitation).
- Prepare event-specific media kits and backgrounders.
- Capture and organize photos/videos for post-event PR use.
- Create and distribute internal announcements for key campaigns or events.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Work with Design, Digital team to amplify event content across online channels.
- Track and report event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, feedback).
- Support admin tasks of MKT team & other task assigned by manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PR Executive or Event Executive.
- Strong writing and event organization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexible, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
