About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the PR activities to enhance the company's reputation and increase brand awareness

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Com and Event (70%)

  • Manage all IMP social platforms, including Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, website and Tik Tok.
  • Propose and execute social PR campaigns aligned with the company's objective.
  • Support brand storytelling and enhance the company's visibility in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IR. Marketing, design, HR, Administratin, IMP factories to implement PR campaigns (external and internal).
  • Organize PR events, including press conferen, CSR and others

Media Reports and Admin: (30%)

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports. (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)
  • Monitor budgets, contracts, and payments: track expenses, manage partner contracts to ensure timely processing.
  • Handle administrative duties for the Communications team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Support Head of Communications with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh PR ideas.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and digital communication channels.
