Investor Relations Associate

**Earth Venture Capital** is a global venture capital firm that seeks to empower digital solutions tackling climate change while having the potential to deliver significant financial returns. Believing that the next generation of unicorns will be climate tech startups, we aim to leverage the power of entrepreneurship to achieve these three climate goals: (1) to abandon petrol and diesel, (2) to store carbon and reduce carbon emission and (3) to switch to renewable energy.

**The Investor Relations Associate** will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with the investors. This role involves communicating the company’s investment strategies, performance, and opportunities to current and potential investors. A significant part of this position will involve supporting and executing fundraising efforts, which includes developing strategies to attract new investors, and ensuring effective communication with potential and existing investors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Investor Communication and Reporting:

- Prepare and distribute regular updates, reports, and newsletters to investors regarding fund performance, portfolio updates, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain investor presentations and other communication materials.

2. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with the current and prospective investors, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Organize and attend investor meetings, calls, and events to enhance the Company’s visibility and investor relationships.

3. Fundraising Support:

- Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies to attract new investors.
- Identify and research potential investors and partners.
- Prepare and update fundraising materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and information memorandums.
- Organize, coordinate and manage fundraising events, roadshows, and investor meetings.
- Track and manage the investor pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and communication.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze investment performance and provide insights to improve investor communications.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all investor communications.
- Support the preparation and filing of regulatory documents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, luxury sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, private equity firm, and venture capital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- More than 1 year of work experience abroad is a plus.
- Experience as a startup founder is a plus.
- Proven track record of supporting successful fundraising efforts.
