POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support our investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and investors-targeted marketing strategies. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for real estate/property management industry.

WORKING HOURS

This is a part-time, 100% remote position requiring 20 hours per week, as follows:

Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Vietnam time (4hours)

Zoom meetings required during working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective investors.
  • Manage the investor database system to ensure data accuracy, timely communication, and good relationship.
  • Coordinate capital raising efforts, including investor onboarding, subscription document collection, and compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute investor updates, newsletters, quarterly reports, and financial presentations.
  • Assist in developing and executing the company's marketing strategy for brand visibility targeting potential investors & partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property performance and market positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional English communication skills (B2).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Mid-level (2-5 years) of experience in investor relations, relationship management, marketing, or related roles (real estate industry preferred).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders.
  • Experience with content creation and marketing efforts specifically targeting investors is preferred.
  • Well informed and up to date about the market and finance trends is preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate investment structures and property management operations is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
