- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cook and prepare food in accordance to recipe book
- Check and ensure adequate provisions of ingredients, working equipment, inventory and supplies, etc. for a smooth operation
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products
- Ensure all food items are properly stored, handled and used
- Clean and maintain work stations and kitchen equipment regularly
- Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
- Other ad-hoc operational duties as and when assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate in Culinary or equivalent with 4 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of Western Cuisine
- Passionate to serve and have a strong passion for the F&B industry
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and take initiatives
- Able to remain calm and composed in a hectic and fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
