- Ensures that food sanitation, safety and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis/ Đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm trong khu vực làm việc mỗi ngày.

**Job Requirement**:

- Four - six year working experience required/ Yêu cầu từ bốn đến sáu năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong nghành.
- Minimum vocational School Certificate is required/ Chứng chỉ nghề là yêu cầu tối thiểu.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance/ Diện mạo chỉnh tề.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally, able to speak English and other language is preferred / Lưu loát trong giao tiếp bằng ngôn ngữ địa phương, khả năng ngoại ngữ được ưu tiên.
- Professional communication skills, both oral and written/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp cả nói và viết.
- Strong cooking skills, food knowledge’s, utensils and equipment handling are essential/ Mạnh về kỹ năng nấu bếp, kiến thức về thực phẩm cũng như cách sử dụng dụng cụ và máy chuyên dụng trong nhà bếp.
- Intermediate knowledgeable of the production and execution of the local cuisine/ Có kiến thức tương đối về món ăn địa phương.
- Must be well organized and have the ability to delegate tasks/ Có khả năng tổ chức và khả năng phân công công việc.
- Must be able to work any shift and long hours when necessary/ Có khả năng làm việc bất kỳ ca nào và thời gian dài khi cần thiết.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision, hands on operations, handle a fast-paced operations, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with particular attention to details/ Có khả năng làm việc tự lập, trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp đôi khi phải chịu đựng áp lực và chú ý đến từng chi tiết để hoàn thành công việc.
