**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Achieve the sales targets and exceed the company’s expectations
- Promote the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to Privilege Clients
- Exchange and find out the housing purchase needs of customers in the high-end segment, thereby providing in-depth advice, helping customers own the most suitable apartment.
- Manage the sales process and ensures the customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
- Build an outstanding personal brand and work with One Mount Real Estate to develop a knowledgeable, professional Pro-Agent brand image.

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- University degree or above, major in economics, commerce, business administration;
- At least 4-5 years of experiences in Sales in Real Estate/ Privileges Banking, Corporate Banking/ Wealth/ Finance/ Insurance
- An excellent understanding of financial planning, wealth management and understanding client need
- Relationship management experience with high net worth clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Able to deliver the client experience and needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
- Ability to work independently;
