Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, Design Team Leader located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the design team, creating visual concept, developing branding materials, designing logos, and working on editorial layout and typography. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that design specifications are met and that all deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications

1.Education
: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

2.Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a creative/design role, with at least 3 years in a relevant field.

  • Proven track record working on high-end real estate projects, particularly branded residences or hospitality developments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, brand development, and campaign execution across both digital and print media.

3.Skills:
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, …)

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video production workflows
    is a plus
    .
  • Strong sense of
    aesthetics, composition, typography, color theory, and branding principles
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to direct external creative vendors (photographers, render providers, printers).
  • Understanding of UX/UI and web design is a plus.
