Marcel Group is a French owned company running restaurants and bars in Vietnam, including the two main brands, Marcel Gourmet Burger and Café Marcel.

We are growing rapidly and intend to open multiple locations around different cities.

**Office location**: 8/6 Vo Truong Toan Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, HCM City

**JOB BRIEF**

The different tasks involved are as follows:

- Supervise all operations of HR department;
- Supervise payroll preparation and payments;
- Analyze data & needs to produce weekly, monthly reports;
- Develop on-boarding and succession planning programs to ensure that each team & department are equipped to be the most successful.
- Work with our management to set up KPIs for our team conducting regular performance reviews.
- Support growth and management strategies by drawing insights and creating proposals from complex data to make data-driven decisions.
- Create innovative and result-oriented training programs to foster the learning and development of our team members but also in pursuit of the company’s vision, both professionally and personally.
- Develop our company's culture through workshops, integration days, rewards, company trips and parties, and HR counsel.
- Tackle concerns and complaints from our team and resolve any potential issues between the team.
- Oversee People Success and help develop career paths, promotion reviews and compensation of our team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

**REQUIREMENTS**

We are looking for someone who worked in a similar position previously, people position or Human Resources department, with the following skills:

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese;
- Experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry is a plus.

**WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS**

We are offering a Full-time Contract (including social insurance and all benefits according to Labor Law) at the following conditions:

- Salary: Negotiation (20,000,000 VND - 30,000,000 VND)
- Working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We also provide:

- Parking for motorbike;
- Annual Leave: 1 day per month, active after probation period;
- Bonus, after 6 months, based on time and salary;
- Discount Policy up to 50% when dining-in at any properties of Marcel Restaurants.
