As part of Mondelēz International Business Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance

**How you will contribute**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver team and project goals and develop talented individuals who can move on to other HR roles or other roles in the business

- Provides day to day guidance and direction to the Workforce Admins teams leads to ensure excellent handling of queries and requests

- Oversees execution of all WFA T2 Service desk activities and plans daily service delivery

- Manages individual and TL service performance

- Analyses and improves team performance

- Implements & monitors agreed quality standards for the Tier 2 teams, including reviewing and adjusting KPIs / SLAs

- Oversees compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities

- Drive operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement, customer service and meeting SLAs

- Ensure effective use of enabling technology including case management tool and building up information available to people managers and employees ( FAQs, Knowledge Base)

- Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction with retained HR, business leaders and people managers

**Major Challenges**:
- HR Operations Lead executes sub-regional to regional processes while managing geographically diverse customer base

**Decision Making Authority**:
- Oversees the regional activities related to MDS People Services operations

**Education**:

- University Degree in Business, HR or related field required
- High school degree required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in HR administrative processes (ex: leave of absence, separations) management (3-4 years)
- Experience in working in a shared service organization preferred
- Experience with data management, working in an HR system (SAP preferred)
- Experience managing a team (2-3 years)
- Proven effective team leader, experience coaching, mentoring Experience managing performance driven by SLAs and metrics
- Relationship management experience with client-focus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent process management skills
- English language fluent
- Knowledge in HR compliance and controls
