**What you will do**:

- Lead the content labeling team with a focus on operational excellence and ecosystem health;
- Stay updated on platform trends and user behavior to ensure labeling aligns with current content dynamics;
- Work closely with Data science, Product and Content operation teams to refine labeling guidelines by phrases and improve AI models;
- Define and optimize video labelling guidelines;
- Assist development teams by supplying meticulously labeled datasets to facilitate AI training and content disstribution related projects;
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of labeled data by conducting regular quality audits; along with identify inefficiencies in the labeling process and propose improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.

**What you will need**:

- Experience in content moderation or video curation. At least 3+ years in related field is preferred;
- Knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and user engagement strategies.
