**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for the Orient website (e.g., blogs, articles, and website pages) in alignment with the company’s value proposition, core messaging, and customer segmentation strategy.
- Repurpose and adapt content for different sections of the Orient website (e.g., blog, service pages, technology pages) while maintaining consistency with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to ensure that website content aligns with the brand voice, campaign objectives, and SEO best practices.
- Develop content strategies that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness on the Orient website.
- Optimize website content for search intent to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Ensure all website content is on-brand and tailored to the needs of different audience segments.
- Manage the website content calendar and meet deadlines for timely content delivery and publication.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to keep the Orient website content fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- Mentor and train content and training team members, fostering skill development and alignment with quality and strategic objectives.
- Create and implement guidelines, best practices, and processes to maintain high-quality content output.
- Complete tasks assigned by the line manager according to agreed deadlines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 05+ years of professional experience writing and designing content for web and mobile products, including at least 2 years managing other writers.
- Proven track record of successfully managing content strategies (preferably for tech or IT-oriented companies).
- Demonstrable experience in writing and publishing high-level articles for reputable platforms (e.g., Forbes).
- Understanding IT-related content, especially software development, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 100% English.
- Strong critical thinking and research capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with solid mentorship and leadership qualities.
