**Mô tả công việc**:

- Dẫn dắt đội ngũ Content (SEO Writers, Social Content, Video Editor) để tạo nội dung chuyên sâu, mang tính ứng dụng cao & có impact đến lead generation.
- Phát triển hệ thống Content theo Funnel Organic → từ Awareness → Engagement → Lead Capture.
- Ứng dụng AI & Automation vào quy trình sản xuất & phân phối nội dung, tối ưu hóa hiệu suất.
- Liên tục đo lường & tối ưu dựa trên Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Heatmaps, CRM Data.
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với B2C Lead để đảm bảo Content hỗ trợ hiệu quả cho Paid Ads & Retargeting Campaigns.
- Nghiên cứu & cập nhật xu hướng đầu tư, tài chính & trading để đảm bảo nội dung luôn mới mẻ & dẫn đầu thị trường.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có **ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm** trong lĩnh vực **Content Marketing, SEO Growth, hoặc Lead Content tại Media, Fintech, Tài chính**.
- **Hiểu sâu về Digital Marketing, SEO, Funnel Content & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)** - biết cách tạo nội dung không chỉ kéo traffic mà còn **chuyển đổi thành lead chất lượng**.
- **Từng xây dựng & quản lý team Content với hiệu suất cao**, kết hợp giữa **SEO, Social & Performance Content**.
- **Tư duy chiến lược & mindset tăng trưởng**, có khả năng **phát triển Content thành tài sản có giá trị lâu dài & gắn liền với lead generation**.
- **Biết cách đo lường & tối ưu content theo data**, sử dụng **Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Search Console, Heatmaps, UTM tracking**.
- **Hợp tác tốt với B2C Lead & Sales để tối ưu hóa conversion funnel từ Content.**:

- Yêu thích lĩnh vực **đầu tư tài chính (Forex, Crypto, Stocks,...)** và muốn xây dựng một hệ thống nội dung **thực sự có giá trị & có impact đến lead & revenue**.

**Ưu tiên**:

- Có kinh nghiệm trong mô hình Affiliate Marketing hoặc Performance-based Marketing.

**Quyền lợi**:

- Mức lương cạnh tranh 18tr - 25tr + Thưởng hiệu quả theo Content Performance KPI & Lead Generation Impact.

Thời gian làm việc
- Ngày: Thứ 2 - Thứ 7
- Giờ: 9h - 17h
- Thứ 7 check in trước 9h tại công ty, sau đó có thể làm việc online_

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Mục lương: 18.000.000₫ - 25.000.000₫ một tháng
