Homecare Omni – Content Lead
(Working as an individual contributor – not managing a team)

Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign planning & deployment (50%)

·      Lead 100% Homecare DDM campaign planning & deployment (6-7 campaigns/month).

·      Develop campaign assets (Content & Design) for CPAS/CPC, CRM, Offsite & Onsite banner), ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines.

·      Collaborate with Media team to build and optimize monthly and annual media plans.

·      Manage Omni livestreams from concept development to execution (agenda, portfolio, etc.)

·      Coordinate with Brand team for campaign support and sponsorship (Media, KOL, Gifts, Sampling …)

·      Act as brand's expert to create demand & drive conversion on Omni channel

·      Conduct post-campaign evaluations and apply insights to future plans.

Perfect Store Online (30%)

·      Take charge of 100% 7OAs creation and refreshment in response to customers' requests or innovation/renovation.

·      Ensure products are presented in a good manner on customers' Omni platform

·      Pioneer to pilot successful tips from Pureplay for Omni channel

Engagement (20%)

·      Facilitate Omni squad in proposing agenda, mobilizing team for Monthly Meeting preparation

·      Host bi-weekly meeting for media performance review

·      Facing customers if necessary to share MKT initiatives (DDM, sampling, PSO...)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years' experience in Online content lead/E-merchandise
  • Experience in media performance review and optimization
  • Good sense of design & aesthetics
  • Influencing skill – this talent is focused on co-working with KA, CSP for deploying content and media & leading optimization of content across consumer journey-driven strategy and conversion
