Quản lý & Chiến lược

  • Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược nội dung tổng thể cho thương hiệu là các dự án theo phong cách quiet luxury, chuẩn quốc tế.

  • Định hướng chiến lược nội dung cho từng giai đoạn dự án (teaser, pre-launch,

launch, after-sale).

  • Quản lý, đào tạo và truyền cảm hứng cho team Content, đảm bảo số lượng & chất

lượng sản phẩm.

  • Quản lý ngân sách content, tối ưu ROI từ hoạt động content marketing.

  • Phối hợp cùng Data/CRM để triển khai content cá nhân hóa theo từng tệp khách

hàng.

  • Ứng dụng AI, automation tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, …) để tăng

tốc độ & chất lượng sản xuất nội dung.

PR & Truyền thông

  • Viết và biên tập các bài PR, thông cáo báo chí, bài chia sẻ thương hiệu.

  • Xây dựng kịch bản video, TVC, viral clip, podcast cho thương hiệu & sự kiện.

  • Phối hợp cùng Marketing, Kinh doanh triển khai chiến dịch truyền thông tích hợp.

  • Làm việc với agency, KOL/KOC (đặc biệt trong phân khúc HNWI – High Net Worth

Individual), báo chí & đối tác truyền thông.

Content (Trọng tâm công việc)

  • Lên kế hoạch nội dung (content plan) cho các kênh: Website, Fanpage, Zalo,

TikTok, YouTube, Email Marketing.

  • Xây dựng đa dạng loại hình content:

  • Content thương mại: bài viết bán hàng, kịch bản telesales, livestream, quảng cáo.+ Content thương hiệu: PR doanh nghiệp, CSR, employer branding.

  • Content dự án BĐS: phân tích thị trường, giới thiệu sản phẩm, thông điệp truyền

thông từng giai đoạn.

  • Xây dựng guideline nội dung, đảm bảo đồng bộ & chuẩn thương hiệu.

  • Theo dõi, phân tích & tối ưu hiệu quả nội dung (traffic, engagement, leads,

conversion rate…).

Công việc khác

  • Hỗ trợ tổ chức event mở bán dự án và sự kiện nội bộ (Year End Party, Team

Building…).

  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Báo chí, Truyền thông hoặc liên quan.

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm content marketing, ưu tiên trong BĐS cao cấp hoặc

ngành hàng luxury.

  • Có tư duy chiến lược, am hiểu SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Looker Studio.

  • Có khả năng xây dựng storytelling, brand voice, content framework.

  • Kỹ năng quản lý nhóm, quản trị dự án, phối hợp liên phòng ban.

  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai content đa kênh, cá nhân hóa khách hàng.

  • Chủ động, sáng tạo, nhạy bén với xu hướng truyền thông số.
