**B2C - Educational Consultant PART-TIME**

**As a member of our sales team, you will focus on working with potential/new customers. You will conduct your work with 100% honesty, and complete tasks to the best of your ability.**

**Working new customers**
- Contact and consult customer list and iConnect students for iTeach free-trial
- Send messages on Facebook, and recruit through Facebook channels.
- Persuading customers to register at iTeach (including placement test, trial study and sign-up)
- Keep the Potential list organized, update the time and content of talking with customers
- Send new potential students' information to Teaching Assistants to schedule placement tests.
- Complete a weekly progress report.
- Sending vouchers and promotions to customers
- Consulting parents/students about any sales-related problems.
- Liaising with the academic team for academic-related problems.
- Updating TA contact list with new student information.
- Visit local schools, organizations and businesses.

**Other jobs**
- Weekly progress meetings, daily feedback calls
- Clear communication with other teams regarding problems and ideas
- Completing daily work schedule
- Co-managing sales job list (Trello)
- Completing check-in/out at the end of each day.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Working hours**
- 20 hours per week regarding the needs of current jobs.
- Our office is in Phu Nhuan.
- Working time will be from Monday to Saturday. Sunday and one day off.

- 10% salary increase after 3 months of probation

**Salary**: 2,500,000₫ - 8,000,000₫ per month
