Following the successful expansion of our office from Sydney, Australia to Yangon, Myanmar, we are now proud to extend our presence to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As we continue to grow our footprint in Southeast Asia, we are seeking an excellent and results-driven education consultant to support our operations in Vietnam.

The Education Consultant plays a key role in enhancing RIVERS’ brand presence, promoting our services, and driving client engagement across multiple channels. Working closely with migration lawyers, education consultants, and the broader RIVERS team, the Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, creating promotional content, and organising marketing events and activities.

This position is essential to expanding our brand visibility, increasing service uptake, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with Australian migration and education standards while effectively reaching target audiences in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

**Education Consultant**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Engage with prospective students and their families by providing tailored advice on a wide range of educational pathways.
- Contribute to student recruitment initiatives, including the planning, organisation, and participation in events, seminars, school visits, and other promotional activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to travel occasionally as required by the role.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and industry partners to ensure updated knowledge of programs, admissions processes, and opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging presentations and information sessions at education fairs, career expos, and school visits to promote study opportunities.
- Plan and host online workshops and webinars, ensuring content is informative, interactive, and aligned with students’ needs.
- Stay informed on international education trends, visa regulations, and institutional requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to students, parents, and partners to promote study opportunities and pathways.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve student recruitment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide guidance on career pathways and course selection to align with students’ academic goals and long-term aspirations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all advisory and recruitment activities.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any discipline, with an overseas qualification highly regarded.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse audiences.
- A self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term, trusted relationships.
- Prior experience in school or university admissions and selection processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with a meticulous and organised approach to work.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- A fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, capable of adapting to new systems and processes quickly.
- Previous experience in the education sector will be considered a valuable asset.
- Foreign language (level 4+), and professional training certificate in study abroad consulting.
