As a Senior Business Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for renewals, upsells and stakeholder management. You will work in coordination with Customer Success Manager, and you will be the primary contact of the executives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive renewal, create expansion and MRR Raise opportunities through all your assigned account bases.

**What you will do**:

- Own a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for their retention and growth;
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively own renewals in existing accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success team;
- Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance;
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account;
- Participating in meetings with key stakeholders, starting from onboarding kick-off and Business Review meetings;
- Monitoring market trends and industry analysis to nurture key stakeholders aligned with ZNS Product and Strategic Roadmap execution;
- Contribute to the sales strategy by connecting prospect's requirements and desires with Zalo Cloud products and services.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
- 3+ years experience in Solution Consulting, Account Management, or Sales;
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English and Vietnamese);
- Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements required;
- Proven track record of building relationships and need discovery with senior customer executives in enterprise or highly strategic accounts;
- Proven track record of sales achievement;
- Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions;
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment;
- Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with large and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior Executives, IT management, Database administrators, etc.);
- Competency in sales methodologies such as Value Selling, Challenger Selling or Spin Selling is a plus;
- High sense of responsibility and accountability.
