- CRM Development:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and efficient solutions that address business needs.
- Architecture and Design:

- Contribute to architectural decisions and support the design and evolution of CRM systems.
- Propose and implement creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- System Integration:

- Ensure that integration solutions align with business requirements and overall system architecture.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with stakeholders such as project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver CRM solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Effectively communicate with team members and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of CRM systems and resolve any issues or bugs promptly.

Continuously monitor CRM performance and address any technical issues that arise post-implementation.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in CRM development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with integrating CRM systems with ERP, other systems.
- Prior experience in building or customizing CRM products is a plus.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in C#,.NET Core, and ASP.NET as they relate to CRM development.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database design, as well as CRM data modeling.
- Experience with Azure services and integration technologies (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Leadership and Collaboration:

- Proven ability to lead technical teams in developing CRM solutions, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bonus Skills:

- Familiarity with Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in agile project environments.
- English: Toeic 700+ is a plus
