KVY TECH is a full-cycle product development agency specializing in modern ecommerce platforms and AI-powered software solutions. We work with D2C and B2B brands across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the U.S. who are ready to scale and modernize their tech stack.

We’re hiring a **Senior Business Development Manager** to take ownership of our sales pipeline and drive meaningful revenue through strategic outreach, high-quality conversations, and deal-making.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value ecommerce and AI development projects
- Own the entire sales process: outbound prospecting, discovery, pitch, proposal, and closing
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Ecommerce)
- Clearly communicate KVY TECH’s technical capabilities and business outcomes
- Use CRM and outbound tools to manage your pipeline and report on performance
- Collaborate with the CEO, marketing, and delivery teams to refine offers and messaging
- Represent KVY TECH in events, expos, and industry communities

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B business development or sales (preferably in a dev agency, consultancy, or SaaS environment)
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle and generating **$200K+ in closed deals annually**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), **cold outreach platforms** (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist), and **inbound qualification workflows**:

- Deep understanding of **consultative, value-driven sales** in a service environment
- Self-starter who thrives in a **startup-like, fast-moving environment** with high autonomy

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in the **ecommerce, CMS, or AI development** ecosystem
- Has built or scaled an **outbound engine** from scratch
- Based in or has sold into **Southeast Asia markets**, especially **Singapore**:

- Familiarity with **headless commerce tools** (e.g., Shopify Hydrogen, Medusa.js, Strapi, or Sanity CMS)
