Senior Business Development Executive, D2c

**As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will serve as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and strategic partners. You will play a vital role in driving business growth through client acquisition, solution customization, and partnership development. This role requires sharp business acumen, the ability to spot sales opportunities quickly, and the skills to tailor effective e-commerce solutions to meet diverse client needs.**:
**What You'll Do**:
- Be accountable for increasing the sales pipeline and acquiring new clients for company service, including store enablement, affiliate, livestream (human + AI), MCN.
- Identify and develop short-term and long-term partnership opportunities that align with company growth plans.
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, agencies, solution providers, and technology partners.
- Continuously optimize the sales acquisition process to improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
- Identify client needs and objectives to propose tailored, value-driven e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Identify gaps in tools, SOPs, or support systems and propose improvements to enhance client and partner experiences.
- Gather market insights and client feedback to support product development and improve service offerings.
- Lead or support partner relationship activities from identification, negotiation, onboarding to performance evaluation.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a business development or partnership role.
- Strong experience in client relationship management with a proven ability to identify client needs and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proactive, result-driven, and business-savvy mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus.
