- Update yearly cost calculation and labor rate calculation.
- Responsible yearly audit process and prepare necessary audit information.
- Prepare annual budget, analyses cost deviation between actual and forecast.
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS - FINANCE MANAGER

About the company: Sigma Worldwide was established in 2011, headquartered in the US and with extensive operations and manufacturing in Southern China. Sigma primarily serves the Consumer Electronics, Health & Wellness and Point-of-Sale industries. Its clients range from innovative start-ups to some of the largest public companies in the world. Sigma manufactures complex programs involving plastics, soft goods, and electrical assemblies.

Job Tasks

Monitor financial activities and ensure company financial performance meet target. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, financial review, budget and forecasting.

Control company tax risk.

Provide finance advice to management team to support business decision-making, problem solving and managing performance.

Job Requirements

University degree in finance or accounting qualification.

Minimum 5 years of working experience at the same position of which minimum 3 years in manufacturing environment. Experience in EPE is prefered

Experience in General ledger accounting and tax accounting

Good skills in accounting regulation and tax policy

Good knowledge of Excel and SAP system is preferred

Experience in preparation of budget and forecast is preferred

Be initiative and self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet deadline

**Job Requirements**:
