**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Impact on Business/Function_
- Agreeing organizational structure and implementation of consistent Finance Blueprint; to include identification of process improvements and achieving measurable efficiencies through centralization and standardization of processes
- Partner with Data and Analytics, and IT to build interim and final reporting system architecture, and participate in bringing Finance processes to the Cloud
- Manages the development, collation and reporting of domain-specific and globally required KPIs, scorecards and other key metrics for scope of responsibility including Finance delivery service support
- Identify and roll out measures and metrics to drive fact based decision making, including roll out of suitable production management tools across processes
- Enhance the governance processes and monitoring of programs and projects
- Provide guidance and direction on ERP future roadmap to align with IT architecture roadmap including managing vendors for finance related technology improvements.
- Ownership of Finance System Business Architecture - implementation of Finance systems strategy and rolling out common Finance platforms
- As a member of Finance leadership team, contribute to the development of a high caliber and high performing team, ensuring excellent engagement and motivation levels
- Build an innovative and transformative culture_
- Passionately lead the people agenda, including development and retention programs, collaboration sessions, off-sites, town halls.
- Foster a culture of learning and development, and propel the function towards a digitally enabled unit
- Shape and deliver technology use cases, onboard suitable platforms for internal adoption
- Develop a physical innovation lab, publish digital insight content periodically, and conduct external speaker sessions on emerging trends in technology
- Champion transformation by introducing best practices from successful market players, thought leadership and create an environment where teams can collaborate well.
- Customers/Stakeholders (including other divisions in the Bank)_
- Build and ensure strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, adopting a joined-up approach, to execute change at pace with mínimal conflict
- Analyze stakeholder goals and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment
- Manage and negotiate pricing decisions with external consultants and vendors
- As the effective Chief of Staff of the Finance Division, coordinate with other divisions in the Bank to develop the direction, frameworks, policies and architecture for the Bank.
- Implement, control and troubleshoot_
- Preside over meetings to review the implementation and performance of units as well as resolve problems that arise outside the authority of the units. Engage with competent authorities for the resolution of problems arising from outside the authority the Finance Division and in accordance with the Bank’s regulations.
- Evaluate and approve analysis, reports, implementation plans, products and solutions for deployment or submission to the competent authorities for approval in accordance with the Bank’s regulations.
- Control and ensure all units operate in compliance with policies, regulations and processes of the Bank and the law

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Domain Expertise_
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in banking with 5 years of experience working for international organizations
- At least 12 years of management experience in a senior leadership role with experience in leading or developing strategies for finance function transformation
- Proven experience in deploying process improvement techniques, experience in production management, driving transformation of Finance and controllership processes
- Prior consulting experience with system integrators or product vendors in Finance space is preferred.
- Knowledge of existing and emerging digital technologies (Internet of Things, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, APIs)
- Qualifications_
- Masters or doctorate majoring in finance, management, technology or data science
