**Strategic Partnership**- Cooperate with upper management to establish and implement financial strategies that correspond with the companys objectives.-
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of all financial statements, reports, analysis, and projections-
- Convert financial data into strategic insights, guiding operational leaders to boost profitability through meaningful communication and proactive financial planning.-
**Finance Operations**- Oversee the formulation, execution, and updating of finance and accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure all practices comply with all applicable corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.-
- Direct and review data collection and compilation of budgets, financial reports, and other documentation, business plans and reports, according to the demands of regulatory and/or government bodies.-
- Ensure prompt and accurate development of periodic financial statements, regulatory reports, analysis, forecasts, and operational plans.-
- Lead or assist any ad-hoc initiatives and financial analyses as needed, particularly those involving variance analysis/reporting and key metric reporting.-
- Respond to underwriting and KYC requests from internal financial systems partners.-
- Lead and expand the present business data team and service offerings.-
- Analyze operational risks and disseminate actionable information with our supply chain, product development, and customer service teams.-
- Develop new and upgrade existing data models to support business operations.-
- Manage timely and correct collection of periodic financial statements, regulatory reports, analysis, forecasting, and operating plans in compliance with local, regional, and global reporting standards.-
- Oversee, organize, and coordinate internal and external audits, as needed, including the creation of audit schedules and account reconciliations.-
- Investigate and resolve abnormal transactions, activities, inquiries, and issues as they occur.-
- Collaborate with external consultants, agencies, bankers, and regulators on a variety of financial and accounting challenges.-
**Leadership**- Acquire talents, and provide training and optimize efficient and effective uses of finance & accounting resources.-

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance or CPA qualification. At least 10 years of working experience in finance or accounting operations, risk control with 5 years at management level. Familiarity with local/US GAAP and knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management and internal control. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a big plus. Possessing an active Chief Accountant Certificate for Vietnam will be an advantage. Experience in vendor, contractor relationships, and process improvement. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. Proven experience handling and analyzing large volumes of data. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in English.
